Each client benefits from a strictly isolated and dedicated document repository for the transmission of their supporting files. Each visa case has its own private, secure folder within our cloud infrastructure, with access restricted exclusively to the specific consultants authorized to audit and submit your file.

2. Secure Cloud Environment & Encryption

We rely on Google Workspace Enterprise and Google Cloud / Firebase secure cloud environments.

• Encryption at Rest: All your files, scans, and information are automatically encrypted at rest by default using advanced AES-256 standards.
• Encryption in Transit: Data transmitted through our website forms is secured using high-grade HTTPS (SSL/TLS 1.3) encryption to protect your documents from interception during transmission.

3. European Storage Guarantee

To strengthen data privacy and comply with advanced international regulations, our entire enterprise cloud environment is configured with a strict European Region preference for data storage. All client documents are stored at rest on Google Workspace secure servers geographically located in the European Union (EU).

4. Access Control & Strict GDPR Compliance

Within our organization, we apply strict internal security guidelines aligned with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards:

• Zero Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your data or documents with any third parties under any circumstances, except for the official Thai immigration or embassy departments for your visa application.
• MFA Enforcement: Access to our systems is secured with strong Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Google Workspace & Firebase Security Audits: Our underlying cloud infrastructure relies on top-tier global compliance frameworks, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and HIPAA compliance audits.

5. Automatic Document Purging

Strict Retention Limit: We minimize data collection. All highly sensitive files (passport scans, bank statements, tax returns, work records) are permanently, irreversibly deleted and purged from our servers within 30 days of receiving the final decision notice for your visa application.

6. Your Rights

You retain full rights to your personal data. You can contact us at any time to request a copy of your records, ask for corrections, or request immediate deletion of all your documents from our active files.
